IS JUSTICE BLIND

Ok Folks. Here is a poll that I would like to see everyone's input. This is relative to our Judicial System as it pertains to Men vs Women in our Family Court System. What are your views on the obligations of child support vs women and their obligations to paying child support?

It has been brought to my attention that there is a Judge who is biased against men in the Family Court System. Which only enables the turmoil in which our children are thrust into a battle between their parents. It is my opinion that Parents who are divorced should be able to co-parent on neutral ground for the sake of their children. However, due to the overwhelming bias in our Judicial system as it pertains to Child Support obligations, it is very obvious that women are not held to the same standards as are the fathers. This is an Injustice in our system.

Here is a Poll I would like for each of you to give your opinion.

#1). Do you feel that it is justice for a Man to pay child support to the parent who has physical custody of their children

#2). Do you feel that it is Justice for a Women to pay child support to a Father who has physical custody of  the children?

#3). Do you feel that it is Justice if a Man is punished legally if he does not comply with the Orders Of Support?

#4). Do you feel that it is Justice if a Women is punished if she does not comply with Orders of Support?

NOW, HERE IS THE "REAL" QUESTION.

Do any of you feel that it is Justice when a Man is punished or an order of child support is reversed once an Order or Support says that the Women must pay child support to the Man but has never payed Child Support as previously ordered and now seeks to get Child Support from the other just because the children make a decision to return to their Mother after 10yrs. Where as the Father received NO CHILD SUPPORT during those 10yrs?

In your opinion, What would you do if the Judge who has presided over these hearings of these two parents immediately order's the Father to begin making Support payments, even though the Mother never paid in the 10yrs that he raised the children?

In your opinion, What should happen to a Judge who is consistent with only making the Father's pay their obligation of support, yet NEVER holds the Mother accountable for non-payment of child support after 10yrs. Knowing this is not an isolated case and that many Men are being punished and the Women are being allowed to ignore their obligations and this is being allowed in ALL CASES  that go before this particular Judge?

After reading the above consider this: It is the Law that which ever parent has physical custody of the children are entitled to Child Support based on the guidelines in that State. If any parent is negligent in paying the adjudicated support, they are held in an arrearage and must pay or be held in contempt of court. This applies to which ever parent has physical custody of the children.

Given these facts of Law, what is your opinion as to why a Judge would only hold a Man and not a Women in compliance to these Law's. Is this Justice? Or is this Biased Justice by the Judge?

Your opinion on this issue is greatly appreciated. It is my belief that any Child Support that is handed down in a Court of Law whether it be an adjudication for the Man or Woman, both should be held to the same standards and laws. Sadly, this is not happening in one Jurisdiction and only the Men are being held accountable regardless of the physical custody of the children. I will utilize your opinions in this poll as a means to attempt to stop this type of Injustice in our system. Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Men are Humans too.
